1 . Membership Eligibility :
All members must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian if underage. Members are required to complete and sign a health and fitness waiver before participating in any of our training sessions, programs, or group activities. This ensures that all participants are medically cleared for exercise and acknowledge the potential risks involved in physical activity.
2 . Payments and Fees :
Membership fees, personal training, or class packages must be paid in full before the commencement of services. We offer a range of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment options through our secure platform. Special promotions or discounts are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other offers. If there are any billing disputes, they must be reported to the management within 30 days. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
3 . Cancellations and Refunds :
Members or clients can cancel or reschedule training sessions or classes by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. If less notice is provided, the session will be charged at the full rate. For memberships, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the intended termination date. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days. Early termination fees may apply for fixed-term contracts. In the event of serious illness or injury, membership suspensions or extensions may be granted with proper documentation.
4 . Code of Conduct :
At Muscularity Fitness, we strive to maintain a positive and supportive environment for all members. We expect members to treat trainers, staff, and other participants with respect and courtesy. Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior of any kind will result in disciplinary action, which may include suspension or termination of membership without a refund. Cleanliness is expected—members must wipe down equipment after use and wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes.
5 . Session Timeliness :
Punctuality is crucial for ensuring a productive and smooth training experience. Members are advised to arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled session to prepare. Sessions will begin promptly, and trainers are not obligated to extend time for late arrivals. If a trainer is late by more than 10 minutes, members will receive an extra session at no additional charge.
6 . Dress Code :
Members must wear appropriate workout attire that includes athletic shoes (no sandals or open-toe shoes) and non-restrictive, comfortable clothing. Proper hygiene is expected; clean, fresh gym attire is mandatory. For safety reasons, wearing jewelry or accessories that may interfere with workout equipment is discouraged.
7 . Personal Belongings :
While lockers are available, Muscularity Fitness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. It is recommended to bring only essential items to the gym. Lockers are for day-use only, and any belongings left overnight will be removed by the staff.
8 . Health and Safety Guidelines :
For safety reasons, we encourage all members to complete a fitness assessment before starting any new workout regimen. Muscularity Fitness is not responsible for injuries sustained during unsupervised use of equipment. It is the responsibility of the member to inform trainers of any pre-existing medical conditions, recent injuries, or discomfort during training.
9 . Facility Usage :
Members are expected to adhere to the posted gym rules and regulations. Any misuse of gym equipment, including failure to return weights or damaging equipment, will result in penalties. Members are required to follow safety protocols at all times, including using proper form when lifting and understanding equipment usage.
